Well it is that time of year again. Back to school for my kiddos.
But this year, miss Arden will be in Kindergarten and Conner is in 4th grade!

It truly is so hard to believe that my baby big girl is in Kindergarten! She was so excited for her first day, but when she arrived at school... saw all the kids, parents, teachers, OH MY! She got soooo nervous. But ended up doing great.
Quote of the day "Kindergarten is so much better than Pre-School"
So I will take that as a win for the first day.
With Conner "a big 4th grader", it was a lot harder to get him to take pictures... and WITH A SIGN!! WHAT?!?!
Yep, but I did it...he will thank me one day! ;)
In the past, I have done birthday signs by hand on black foam board and caulk paint markers. Which I love to do... but it is very time consuming. And then the heavens opened and there was Etsy. LOL... Well, I can't claim credit on this one... a friend of mine found these beauties on https://www.etsy.com/shop/ModernStarPrint
All we had to do was order, print and spray glue to some foam boards and there you have it!! A perfect caulk board sign with little to no hard work.
Now, I am sure I'll be doing a handmade sign in the future... our dog Havoc is having his 2nd bday in September and of course he will need a sign, right?!?! Yes ! :)
Okay, back to my sweeties... look at these sibling pics. I love love this first picture of the kids looking at each other. Such love between these two. But don't let those smiles fool you... they fight with each other just as strongly as they love. But that is to be expected.
